Best way to report a bug
- Describe what you were doing right before the issue happened.
- Include your device model and iOS version.
- Attach screenshots or a screen recording if possible.
Need account or privacy help?
Include the email address tied to your LiveWell account so we can investigate more quickly. For privacy details, review the LiveWell privacy policy. For the rules that govern app use, review the LiveWell Terms of Service. To delete your account, use Profile > Delete Account in the app. Deleting your LiveWell account does not cancel App Store billing; manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription settings. Email support@getlivewell.io if you need help completing the deletion flow.
After deletion
Account deletion disables LiveWell server access immediately, signs the current device out, and queues server data deletion. LiveWell may retain minimal hashed managed AI usage counters for the current calendar month plus 7 days to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse; those counters do not include prompts, photos, Apple identifiers, email addresses, or LiveWell account IDs. If LiveWell says one last Apple step is required after deletion, remove Sign in with Apple access for LiveWell in your Apple account settings. If you are not sure whether that Apple authorization step finished, contact support@getlivewell.io and include the email address previously tied to your LiveWell account.
